However, your business supports so many people and families who depend on its success, especially through unexpected hard times. This educational session will provide a high-level overview of buy-sell agreements, succession planning and identifying and retaining your key employees. Most importantly, you will learn what would happen to your woman owned business status if something were to happen to you! Each of these concepts can be encompassing in and of themselves so where do you start? Join Dr. Joe Zandlo EdD from the Minneapolis Financial Group for ideas, strategies, and questions you should be asking yourself, and your business partners, on protecting what you work so hard every day to build and grow.
