Lisa Johnson
Lisa is committed to helping individuals and organizations identify and cultivate their potential. She has a particular passion for helping small to medium sized organizations translate their visions into impactful and sustainable missions. Her collaborative approach aids stakeholders in focusing their agenda and creating practical organizational solutions that empower employees to enhance productivity and increase the impact of the organization’s purpose.
An active mentor, trainer and consultant for Women Venture, Lisa is also co-owner of Citizen Kanine, a small business she runs with her husband. Recent consulting projects include work with Propel Nonprofits, Minnesota Council on Foundations, Pillsbury United Communities, Hennepin County Medical Center, the YWCA of St. Paul and Be The Match. She previously held HR and business leadership roles for 18 years
with UnitedHealth Group.
Lisa holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. In her spare time she enjoys helping budding entrepreneurs translate their vision into action, nurturing a local outreach organization she helped co-found and soaking up nature with family and friends.
Her dream is to help others equip themselves to translate their dreams into reality.
