Chelsey’s impactful career includes 20 years of leadership
experience, executive team coaching, leadership development,
succession planning, moderating, speaking and workshops and
optimizing organizations through leaders.

Chelsey has built her career around being a strategic partner to
executive teams, helping them have courageous conversations
to bust through growth ceilings. She has been involved on
multiple boards and chairing two Boards of Directors, where she
coached and mentored Presidents and CEOs. Her positive and
optimistic perspective guides leaders in defining a customized
playbook for growth, both for themselves and the future leaders
they will cultivate. Chelsey believes that for leaders to grow their
teams and organizations, they must first champion their own
evolution.
