(Ex: Pink Diamond Sponsors have 6 golfers—would you like them divided as a team of 4 and a team of 2, or three teams of 2 to be paired with other golfers? Blue Diamond/Anniversary Sponsors have 8 golfers—please designate your 2 teams here by listing your golfer's first names, or let us know if you would like them divided any other way.)
