This zoom presentation will discuss matters employers need to consider when recalling employees or reopening after Covid-19 stay-at-home orders. The topics to be addressed include screening employees for Covid-19 symptoms, legal considerations when not recalling all laid off employees, and dealing with employees who are unwilling to return to work for medical reasons.

Phyllis Karasov provides construction contractors with advice in all areas of human resources and employment law. Before joining private practice, Phyllis was an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board.
