Morning Presentation: Using Nutrition to improving Safety and Performance in your Workforce
Helping your employees eat the right foods can quickly lead to better performance and fewer accidents. The session will show you a system to inform and motivate your employees to make those changes in their life that give them more energy, better mental clarity and faster muscle repair that make them safer on the job and more pain free. As employees age and their bodies wear down. The job, however, doesn’t get easier. Teaching employees how to make lifestyle changes that reduces the toll that the job takes out of them and helps them quickly repair sore muscles for a more pain free life will be a key part of this seminar. The session will start with why and how you can do this and then move into an interactive session on what to actually do within your specific company. You will receive proven plans and recipes to make this happen.
