Education Program “Exploring Implicit Bias: A Workshop for Building Trades is an introduction to the concept of everyday implicit bias within the construction building trades. The workshop is for supervisors, foreman, and anyone in the building trades who works with underrepresented populations such as woman, new Americans, and/or individuals of color. Attendees will gain an entry-level understanding of implicit biases, the impact of unconscious bias on workplace behaviors, and how to disrupt these biases with simple awareness techniques.”
